Returns and Refunds
We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your item, but there may be
occasions where you feel it’s necessary to return an item. We aim to
keep the process as easy as possible. These terms do not affect your
statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods
You can return an item within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the item and we will refund you any money which you've paid us for that
item*. The item needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with
all packaging and components. All you pay for is the return postage of
the goods.

We advise you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature
upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and
which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the
unusual event of the package going missing you are accountable for the
returned items until they reach us.
If you return an item to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we
reserve the right to return the item to you, or refund you in gift
vouchers rather than credit you.
*We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of upto £3.00 to cover the initial postage.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order,
or for any other reason which is our fault, please complete the
online RMA form to get your item back to us FREEPOST within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund
or replacement.
We offer a full 3 months return to base warranty with all our products. If the goods you purchased fall outside this period then we will in most cases provide you with the manufacturers details so you can organise the return with them.
Please remember to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post
Office and keep it until we confirm receipt of your returned item.

Christmas Returns Policy
Do you have unwanted Christmas presents? Concerned that you're not going
to able to send stuff back after Christmas? With us, that’s not the
case.
If you buy an item from our store for Christmas and the beneficiary
doesn't appreciate a) how fantastic both your present and you are or b)
the possible benefits of owning more than one of them, then providing
the item is unopened and in perfect condition you can send the item back
to us for a refund. You must make us aware before the 20th January and we must receive it back before the end of January.
Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them an item in our store at the same value. Please complete the

This is applicable to any order purchased between the 1st of November
and the 25th of December, which falls outside our standard 14 day
guarantee.
