Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

24 hour dispatch

Pre-orders for items not currently in stock will ship as soon as stock is available.

During times of high demand (i.e. Christmas) there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our store’s front page for details and allow extra time for delivery. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions such as snow have an impact upon delivery times also. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll be sure to contact you and explain the situation.

Please allow 4 extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.


Pre-Orders ship via your chosen delivery as soon as items come into stock. If you’d like to order a item before it’s launched, or if it’s currently out of stock, you can place a Pre-Order with us or let us know and we'll send you an Email when the item is in stock.

Choosing your Delivery Address – help us get it to you 1st time!

Once you’ve chosen one of our fantastic items, the next essential decision is deciding where it’s going.

Please remember that some of our items, once bagged up and ready to ship, will not fit through your letter box. Therefore it’s advisable to provide an address where someone can be in during the day (e.g a work address). Any items over 20.00GBP in value will require a signature upon delivery.

Things to consider when choosing your delivery address:

Royal Mail If the postie calls and you’re not in they’re likely to leave a calling card and take your order to your local delivery depot (the address for this will be on the calling card). From there you can collect the item.

Delivery Options

Your delivery options will be displayed when you proceed to pay and will be calculated depending on your order. We offer a choice of the following services for UK addresses:

FREE Delivery Service
Deliveries made using our FREE delivery service will generally be with you within 5 working days – so if you order on Monday, you should get your order by the following Monday, though occasionally this can take a little longer so please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us.

24 hour dispatch

We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order - this may include a delivery service which would require a signature on delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours.

Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class should usually arrive within 1-4 working days of your order being placed. In 90% of cases your item will be with you the next working day, although this is not guaranteed.

We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order, this may include signature on delivery. For orders dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery we would ask you to wait 10 working days before contacting us for assistance if your item has not yet arrived.

We use DPD for our Next Day Delivery service. They do not offer a Saturday delivery service. If you require this please call us on 01484 430242.

Order Tracking

If your order has been dispatched but you haven't received it yet - please refer to the below for advice:

Royal Mail 1st Class Post
Most deliveries usually arrive within 3 working days after dispatch however we cannot investigate a potentially missing delivery with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed.

If you haven’t received your order, or have received a card advising Royal Mail have tried to deliver then we would suggest you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel for you. This can occur if the 'missed delivery' cards are mislaid or if you live in communal entrance flats, as sometimes the cards are not left at all (for safety reasons).

To find out your local sorting office number call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or consult your local phone directory. If you have waited longer than 10 working days, and checked with your local sorting office, then please contact us and we’ll try our best to get to the bottom of it.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Guaranteed to be with you before 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. This is a traceable service so please get in touch to obtain the tracking number. On occasions during extreme adverse weather, Royal Mail may not guarantee delivery in the suggested timeframe.

International Delivery Options

Postage Costs are calculated automatically on our checkout when you select the destination country and depend on the size and weight of the items that you are ordering. We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order - this may include a delivery service which would require a signature on delivery.

Royal Mail Air Mail
(items under £50 in value / up to 1kg in weight)

Europe - delivery in 2-7 working days
Rest of World - delivery in 7-10 working days

Import Tax

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we can’t advise you what these charges will be and we’re not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to us or possibly even destroyed if deemed too expensive to return.

Royal Mail Airmail items usually arrive within 2-7 working days however please wait until 14 working days have passed before contacting us. Parcels being sent outside of Europe usually arrive within 10 working days but please allow 14 working days before contacting us.
