Why are you not replying to my emails?
We reply to all emails. These are answered in the order they come in. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If messaging on the weekend don't expect a reply until Monday. Please allow up to 24 hours for an email to be answered. The most common reasons for emails not being "answered" is that they fall into your spam filter, you are checking the eBay message system not your email or we have sent the email to the email address you used when paying (often the Paypal email) and you are looking for a reply in a different email. If we do not have the answer to your question straight away we will inform you and be in touch when we do have the answer.
Do you do combined postage?
Yes we do do combined postage. Its only £3.99 for as
many items as you like 2-3 day tracked delivery. Or £6.99 for as many items as
you like next day after despatch.
Do you have size X?
Probably! Please check the item in our store have a look in the category that pertains to your item and you will find all the sizes in there. Not in there? Then we won't have your size sorry.
Do you have a returns policy if it doesn't fit I don't like it etc.?

Where do I send my cheque or postal order to?

When will you ship my item?
Items will be shipped same day if ordered before 2.45pm and within 24 hours if ordered after 2.45pm.
When will I get my item?
This is up to you! 2-3 days after despatch is our
tracked service. and next day after despatch if you choose this option.
If I buy today will I get it tomorrow?
Yes! if you buy before 12pm and choose the next day courier option.
Can I pick the item up?
We are sorry our warehouse is not manned and therefore you cannot pick your item up.
I've placed my order and my item has not turned up what now?
Please refer to the tracking details (if you have chosen this option) in your item shipped email that was sent upon shipment.
