We accept payments from:

- PayPal - Preferred Payment method which is very safe and secure, also FREE FOR YOU.
When using PayPal your item is covered by the Paypal Payment Protection program.
Please use eBays checkout facility.
- Bank Transfer - If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please contact us after you made your purchase and we will send you our bank details for this quick and easy method of payment.
Please note that all bank fees must be paid by the buyer.

- All items will be posted next working day (Monday to Friday) of cleared funds being received.
- We post all Items by FedEX International priority, Nacex or International registered mail.
- All watch bands, straps and tools are delivered by International Registered Mail (CTT)

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws and if you are not an EU country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Niuluk includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you.
Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, email us and just return it to us within 14 days from the invoice date for an exchange or refund.
NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
- Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- The item must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
- Contact us at sales@niuluk.com.
You will receive a RA# (return authorization number) that you will write on the outside of the package. Without the RA# we will not be able to accept your return. When you contact us for the RA#, we will give you the address to ship back to our workshop.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the package and send it to us by International Registered Mail.
- We refund the customer the same way that the customer has paid, deducting a fee for the Postage and packaging.

The refund gets issued within 3 days from the watch received.

Warranty:
Any manufacturing defects will be repaired under the warranty free of charge to you.
If there is a problem due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, it will not be repaired under our warranty.
Any repair needed for the watch must be done through Niuluk or any Brunoff service center.
When the watch is dispatched for repair, it should be dispatched by Normal registered mail.
Once the watch is taken to another watchmaker, the warranty does not apply any longer.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Portuguese Data Protection 67/98).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not pass your details on to a third party and will only contact you in matters relating to your order.
