PRIVATE LISTINGS - Our listings are slowly being converted to private to protect ebay customers privacy. Recently, it came to our attention that customers of ours were being contacted after sales were completed by other billiards dealers with solicitation type emails. I do not agree with this practice of contacting customers from another company. Eventually, we plan to get all listings converted to the private format.
ABOUT US - We take our business serious and if it is a concern to you then we are concerned. Our feedback rating is a testament to our dedication to our customers.
Buyer request - Any special notes that you want to tell us need to be included when submitting payment. If you have a color request or a cue weight request, it needs to be stated when submitting the payment. This can be done in the Paypal message area when submitting payment. If you are mailing payment, please submit a note with your payment about weight request or color.
Warranties - Most items have manufacture's warranties. If item has been used and is deemed defective due to materials and or workmanship, the return goes to the manufacturer.
Insured shipments - Please inspect all items when received for possible shipment damage and if damaged in transit refuse the package. If shipping damage is discovered after opening the item, please contact us as well as the shipping carrier within 24 hours to tell of the damage caused in transit. If package is insured there is re-coarse with the carrier and we ultimately replace the item for you. Notify the shipping carrier of the damage as well me within 24 hours of receipt of package. Then we get started on the claim process with the carrier to get the item replaced and sent back on its way to you normally with 1-4 business days from the inception of the claim. I ship replacements as soon as I get acknowledgement from the carrier not when I actually get the reimbursement for the item. That means that we ship as soon as they notify us the claim is in process so we ship before we are reimbursed for the item.
Returns - On rare occasion the need to return and item occurs. With your return, you must include the original invoice that was included with your shipment. Please write a brief description on the invoice as to why the item is being returned. Before returning the item, please contact us at Joerackem@aol.com or call us at 217-585-1660 to discuss the return first. Please ask for Kathy if you call. In your email, please include your name, shipping address and specific item(s) that you wish to return and reason for the return.
Return policy - I will take back any unused item and issue merchandise credit or replace the item if you ship the item back to me within 14 days from the date that you received the item. Important to note that the refund is in the form of merchandise credit if you do not want the item you ordered. The only reduction in the merchandise credit will be the S&H fee. If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the merchandise return credit. There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
Other - We seldom take vacation but will be out for several days per year for trips and trade shows appearances. We will have our ebay vacation setting set when we are away for more than three days. |
