I offer a combined shipping discount on multiple purchases for international orders. This includes all auction wins and items purchased from the shop using Buy-It-Now, or combinations of both. I only charge shipping at cost. You can use the table below to calculate the combined shipping costs for your purchases. Shipping Cost Calculator for Comic Books

Please use the following table to calculate the exact shipping cost for your order. The prices quoted are based upon the number of comic books you order, and reflect the typical weights of a comic book plus packaging material. For simplicity these prices are fixed by us, so if you happen to order a batch of comics that are heavier than the average you will not be charged any extra, even if we incur a loss on the shipping charge. We are able to offer cheaper shipping per comic book for large orders both domestically and internationally using parcel delivery services and special rates for printed papers. Don't be overcharged! Compare our rates to those of other sellers on e-bay!

The prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling. If you need to check current exchange rates for your local currency I recommend you use XE.com . At time of writing (Oct, 2012) the exchange rates were GBP £1.00 = US $1.60 = EURO 1.22.

International Orders

We ship about a quarter of our orders overseas and highly value our international customers. We are very experienced at shipping internationally, so you can buy with confidence. All orders are shipped by airmail and we ensure that any necessary customs paperwork is completed and attached to avoid incurring unnecessary delay in receiving your order. International orders are automatically insured against loss or damage.

If you have a preferred carrier or want to request special shipping arrangements (such as signed for or tracking, we are happy to offer these alternative and will provide you with a quote. We recommend standard airmail however, as other methods can be cost prohibitive.

International Payment Methods

All orders are processed in your local currency through E-bay using PayPal. PayPal is our preffered method of payment for international orders. We will accept bank transfers from EU countries using IBAN, but this will incur significant delays in processing your order and is offered solely at our discretion. You must contact us before purchasing from the shop or bidding on auctions to request making payment any other way than through PayPal.

Insurance

We offer optional postal insurance for all orders at a flat rate for orders of any size. The details of this will vary depending on the shipping method used and will be arranged with the carrier. You can contact us for more details. This is in addition to the Buyer Protection provided by PayPal.

Order Status

You can e-mail at any time regarding the status of your order and to request shipping confirmation. We have an excellent success rate in getting your comics delivered quickly, and always try our best to ensure that all orders are posted within 3 days of payment being received. Occasionally parcels do go missing. If you are in any way concerned about the status of your order do not hesitate to contact us. We deal with these on a case by case basis, and make every effort to trace or replace lost or damaged orders, and resolve problems to your satisfaction.
