How To Order

1. Deciding what you would like engraved:
If you are unsure what to engrave on your item, by all means ask us! we may be able to give examples of what has been used in the past, just drop us a message.
We try and give recommendations for the maximum amount of engraving that will fit on each item. These can be found in the item descriptions and are fairly flexible although bear in mind that the more engraving you require the smaller the font size will be, so therefore the harder it will be to read.
We usually layout your engraving to suit the item it's being engraved on, as it can vary a lot depending on the items shape, although let us know if you wish for a specific layout.

2. Choose an engraving font:
We have many fonts to choose and they are viewable by clicking HERE.
Feel free to mix & match fonts i.e cufflinks engraved with one font and chrome case engraved with another, in fact we recommend it - it will give a better result!
Please ensure you tell us your chosen font when leaving your engraving details. If this isn't left we will assume you wish for us to choose an appropriate font.

3. Getting your engraving details to us:
This is very straight forward, either A) The recommended way to leave your engraving details is through the eBay message to seller function. This is usually found towards the bottom of the item description page B) Email it to us at ngrave.it@gmail.com although you must give your eBay user name if emailing direct. C)We currently don't recommend using the 'note to seller' section during the checkout, as there are numerous problems with messages being cut short.
If you don't require engraving please let us know this, otherwise we will try and contact you, which can delay your dispatch!
