 Q: How do I let you know what I would like engraved?
  A: This is very straight forward, either A) Leave it in the 'message to seller' part when paying by paypal, B) Through an ebay message, or C) Simply email it to us on ngrave.it@gmail.com. It's that simple! If you don't require engraving please let us know this, otherwise we will try and contact you, which can delay your dispatch!
 Q: Do you have different engraving fonts to choose?
  A: Yes we have many to choose. Just click on the tab above our logo to view them or go to the following link http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Ngrave-It/Engraving-Fonts.html
 Q: How much engraving can I have?
  A: We offer unlimited engraving, although we do set recommended amounts to ensure the engraving does not look to squashed. The recommendations are shown in the item description.
 Q: What if I want more than 1 of something?
  A: This is no problem, we often keep multiples of our items. So if you want more than 1 just drop us an email and we can put more on for you.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Most of our items are free postage within the UK. If you are outside the UK and require more than 1 item, we will combine shipping costs. Buy the items but before paying either 'request total from seller' or just message us using the ebay 'ask a question'
 Q: What types of payment do you accept?
  A: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay!
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Most items are free P&P in the UK. When International shipping is available: click on the postage and payment tab for rates.
 Q: I need some help deciding what I want engraved?
  A: That's what we are here for! email us on ngrave.it@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs.
 Q: What is your returns policy?
  A: If your goods are different to those ordered,faulty or damaged on delivery. We will exchange the product or issue a full refund. Items which have been engraved will be exempt from any return or refund unless faulty or damaged as outlined above. Unwanted, faulty or damaged items will need to be reported and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Most in stock items are dispatched the same working day or within 24 hours. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you.
 Q: What if I don't want the item engraved?
  A: This is no problem at all. Buy the item but make sure you tell us that you do not require engraving, otherwise we will try and contact you which could delay your order.
