Guarantee 
- We only sell authorized, brand new and sealed products.
- We do NOT sell any returned, refurbished, gray market or defective products.
- Your purchased price included Customer Service Support, Technical Support, After-Sale Support and Warranty. You do NOT need to pay for any extra fee for those services.
Shipping Information 
- We Ship Worldwide.
- We normally ship out your package by Worldwide AirMail. If you need speedy service like FedEx Express or EMS Express, please inform us in advance and we will quote you the express ship fee. (some countries like Italy may take longer than expect)
- For AirMail, it normally takes 12 to 16 business days. (except Saturday and Sunday)
- For Express, it normally takes 2 to 3 business days. (except Saturday and Sunday)
- Buyer is responsible for all import duty and local tax.
Return Policy 
- Without the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we will not accept the return.
- By any means of faulty items, only manufacturing defective is accepted for return within 7 days after your receipt of the item.
- Item must be in completely intact, unopened and original brand new condition including all accessories, all gifts and any other supplied items come with your package(s).
- For any product return, package must be sent with tracking number together with full insurance coverage of the original purchase price.
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days to issue back refund.
- Buyer is responsible for all freight or shipping charges associated with the return.
- For order cancellation, 5% cancellation fee of the total price will be applied.
