Our returns policy
We offer a no quibbles returns policy.
We take every care when packing items to make sure they don't get damaged in transit. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us straight-away. Before refunding or sending a replacement we offer two options:
- The buyer can send us a photo of the damaged item (this is often more convenient than returning the damaged item in the post).
- The item can be returned to us by post.
Upon receipt of the photo or the returned item, we'll offer a full refund. These requirements are simply for our insurance purposes in the event we must claim for goods damaged by our courier.
We understand that sometimes people change their minds about a purchase, in this instance we would be happy for the item to be posted back to us for a refund. However the buyer must be prepared to pay the return postage costs. We ask that the item is returned within the original packaging and is unopened.
In the event of your item not arriving, we ask that you notify us within 2 months of the item dispatch date in order for us to investigate with the courier. Unfortunately, items not received queried after 2 months may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
