Q:    Delivery Address
A:    All items bought will be dispatched to your PayPal address. If you wish for us to dispatch your item to an alternative address then please change the address via PayPal when completing the payment. You can also leave us a note via the PayPal message option. This must be done prior to making full payment. If you are paying via Cheque or Postal Order then we will ship to your registered eBay address. We dispatch items daily. Orders which are placed on a weekend or a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Q:    How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:    Our normal delivery options include: (a) £2.85 UK delivery - sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and signed for service (3-4 working days) (b) £2.95 UK delivery - sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and signed for service (1-2 working days). For International Postage accessories are sent via Standard Airmail Service and all clothing is sent using International Signed For Delivery. We obtain a proof of postage on all items dispatched.

Q:    Need your item urgently?
A:    Then opt for our next day UK service on items purchased Monday – Thursday at a rate of £7.35 UK delivery - sent via Royal Mail Next Day delivery and Signed For Service (1working day). For items purchased on Friday for Saturday delivery the price will be £11.65. We do not offer next day delivery on items bought on Saturday.

Q:    Multiple items / combine shipping?
A:    If buying / bidding on multiple items, please wait until all items have finished before proceeding to the checkout to complete payment. All items will be automatically consolidated into one order and shipping discounts added where appropriate. A shipping discount of 60% off the stated shipping cost will be applied in our checkout to each additional item in the same order.

Q:    I have purchased multiple items but only some items are showing up at checkout. What do I do?
A:    Please contact us to request a new invoice, we will send you a combined invoice within 24 hours except on Saturday, Sunday and during holidays.

Q:    When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:    All of our items are in stock. We understand you look forward to receiving your item(s) asap, so when you pay before 12:00pm Monday to Friday, we will send the same day. Generally dispatch by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery will be within 3-4 working days. Dispatch by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery is within 1-2 working days. For Europe, USA and Worldwide, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to be made by Airmail.

Q:    Privacy / Packaging / Discretion
A:    Our items our packed discreetly with no outward sign of the contents. All Auction feedback is private however shop items are not. Therefore to avoid having feedback left for a shop item do not leave us feedback.

Q:    Payment
A:    Payment is requested within 7 days enabling us to dispatch the item bought at the earliest possible date. If a problem arises with your payment we will keep you updated via ebay messages to your contact details if provided. You can pay via the following methods: PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order.
        If you would like to pay via cheque, we only accept UK cheques in GBPs (£s). Items will only be posted after cheque payment has cleared. We will keep you updated via ebay messages to your contact details if provided. Please include a note with the item number and name and postcode.


It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the payment reaches us, we advise you to send any postal payments via recorded delivery. We can not accept any responsibility for payments lost or delayed in the post.

Q:    International Payment
A:    Paypal is the only accepted method of payment for international customers.

Q:    Non Payment
A:    We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder. If no payment is made after 14 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees, which may lead to an unpaid item strike against you. We understand if there are genuine reasons for non-payment then we are prepared to be reasonably flexible.

Q:    What is your return / refund policy?
A:    Returning an item is very easy with NewMissy due to its flexible policy. Before returning an item all we ask is that you notify us within 14 days of purchase via eBay message with the reason for the return/exchange. This will enable us to make a note to assist and make the return/exchange quicker.
        We won't be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel back and our Returns Department has inspected it. Please note it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the return/exchange item is sent in unworn and original condition, with packaging and all tags attached. We advise you to send any item for return/exchange via recorded delivery and to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post.


Q:    Exchange
A:    If you would like to exchange an item please contact us via eBay message within 14 days, telling us the reason and which item you would like to exchange (subject to availability). We will then keep your wished for item by for you. For an exchange please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and exchange details such as the colour, size and item number you wish to exchange the original item for. For an exchange please note there is a re-delivery cash, cheque or postal order fee of £2.00 which must be included with the parcel originally returned back. Please note the exchange parcel will be delivered to your PayPal address unless otherwise stated on the exchange note.

Q:    Refund
A:    For a refund please contact us via eBay message with 14 days, the returned item must include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id and the reason for the refund. For all non faulty items unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Q:    Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect goods
A:    If a product is faulty/damaged or you have received the wrong goods please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will request the item to be sent back to us for inspection and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.

Q:    I'm not happy!
A:    As our feedback shows we have an excellent customer service ethos. Please!  If you are not happy with our goods or service, in line with eBay guidelines let us know before doing anything rash, let us know first and we will be happy to help!

We have Limited Cover at weekends and over the bank holidays but queries will usually be dealt with promptly by the next working day.
