Everyone's skin/scalp is unique and what might work for one may not work for another person with the same condition. Therefore the best way to start tackling any skin or scalp problem is by trying several different wash products in sample sizes first and only after you have patch tested your unique skin for sensitivity issues and decided which one you enjoy the most, buy the full size to see long term results. As an added bonus, it seems from the feedback we receive, that some sample sizes used on particular conditions eg.acne, eczema, etc last long enough to see the beginnings of an improvement. While an improvement can not be guaranteed with small samples, if you do see an improvement it makes the job of deciding on which range to try long term much easier. This way you will also know which other products to try from the same range to enhance the effects eg. creams, hair conditioner, essential oils, etc.

To make the most of our unique sampling service please...

1. Look down the left hand side and click on our shop category: 'Click & Find your Skin & Hair type'...scroll down & click on the one condition that is the biggest problem for you (this system can often lead to finding a range that will help with your other skin/hair problems too)
2. Choose from the sample packs you see on that page.
3. Follow the simple instructions that come with your sample pack and enjoy testing your samples.
4. Note the Range number/fragrance from the label of the sample that you feel might work best for you long term.
5. In our online shop…under 'Shop Categories', choose 'Click to find Range' and click on the Range number/fragrance from that label.
6. The products on that page will usually contain 99% natural and 70-90% organic ingredients including the particular essential oil that was in the sample that you and your skin enjoyed the most. Find & 'add to basket' a larger size of your chosen product.
7. On this same page you will find samples of other products that you may want to 'add to basket' to enhance/speed up your treatment. eg. Rich Moisturiser in jars (for dry skin), Light Moisturiser in bottles (for oily/combination/normal skin), Hair Conditioner, Essential Oils, etc.
8. When you have finished adding items to your basket go through checkout paying for all your items at once so that you will automatically receive some free/discounted P&P from us (more details below).
9. Nearly all products are available in sample, standard & money-saving eco refill sizes.
