| Q:What if my skin gets used to a certain range and stops working? |

| A:My son's acne did after 2 years of using No:5 range but he then started using the No:1 range and his skin is now 95% clear again. He could have tried the No:7 or No:2 ranges...so the best thing to do when one range stops working is to try an appropriate sample pack (see our shop category 'Click&Find your Skin&Hair type'). |

NOT to be used during pregnancy: 7,9,10
Lavender is calming and is therefore particularly useful in pregnancy to aid sleep and relaxation.
In pregnancy ALL essential oils should be used diluted eg.in bath, in carrier oil.

| A:Yes, all the soaps in the same range number are the same recipe for the same conditions regardless of listing title or size. The same applies to our Shampoo, Wash & Moisturisers...in fact evrything. The reason for this is we can't fit all the conditions treatable by that product/recipe in one title. |
| Q:I think I may have bought the same item twice just with different listing titles. I only wanted one, what should I do? |

| A:If you have bought 2 of the same type of item eg.soap and they have the same range number towards the end of each title (and inside the listing) you will have bought two of the same product just diff sizes. If they have not been dispatched send me a message to ask me to cancel one of them and make a refund if necessary. |
