We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex & Delta credit/debit card payments by telephone, We also accept PayPal online.
PayPal although we are happy to dispatch to a different delivery location, we do need conformation of your registered PayPal account address.
We do not accept cash in any form, nor do we accept cheques in any currency other than pounds sterling. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit/debit card company or PayPal will convert the transaction to your local currency at their official exchange rate.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are generally shipped on the day of order, or next day. (Mon-Fri) either by City Link or Parcel Force to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is by Carrier and must be signed for by yourself. We will email via the eBay "My Messages" system to advise when the shipment has been made.
This will depend on the carrier used. In general, City Link or Parcel Force deliver within two full working days after despatch. For order sent outside the United Kingdom, you can expect delivery to take much longer.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union from January 4th 2011, 20.00% VAT is included in the sales price shown.
All New & Ex-Demo goods are supplied with a full 12 months Warranty from us. All second-hand goods are covered by a 3 month Warranty.
If your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it.
The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

We also keep a note of your address to allow us to organise delivery and your address will be passed to the appropriate courier or Royal Mail service.

If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from receipt. When we receive the product back, we will contact you & offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. This does not affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us. When we receive the item back, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 8 days of receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days of written cancellation. Goods should be returned to us at your expense, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to allow for the cost of collecting the goods.
