"Designed by Frida Giannini’s collection for Fall-Winter 2010-11, is characterized by a perfect sartorial workmanship. The jacket, offered in traditional materials such as camel, the wire fabric or velvet, has a rigorous and a silhouette cutting dry. The new slim trousers, inspired by the world of equitation, stops on the ankles and worn with Fall Trend oversized coats and a new interpretation of the classic Gucci loafers with the clamp. Fine details of the studs in leather, suede patches on the elbows of jackets lined with silk scarf inspired by vintage prints, unlined jacket with internal seams covered in leather. New and advanced treatments on exotic leathers: the ocelot print blazer kangaroo, crocodile in the Sahara treated nubuck for an effect dust, ostrich skin waxed for a vintage look, the bomber shearling and wool braided. For the evening, the black is replaced by warm shades of burgundy, blue ink, and bronze, the traditional materials of fur, exotic leathers and velvet.
The blazer or pony in Astrakhan are paired with iridescent tuxedo pants with embroidered diamond of the same hue. The bright velvet tuxedos are worn with light silk mesh and have a reason to micro drawings made with a hot stamping. The new model of the classic Gucci loafers with the clamp is brought into a boar or ostrich leather hand-polished and has a sporty outsole and detail of vintage green lining."
