What size are the panels?

The panels measure 305mm x 305mm (12” x 12”) and 4mm deep.

What size are the tiles?

We stock 4” and 6” tiles and also a number of more creative designs such as subway and Napoli.  We can produce any style of tile in any colour from our range with the exception of silver and brushed steel.

How many tile panels are in a pack?

There are 6 panels in a pack, with the exception of silver and brushed steel which contain 4 panels.

What area will one pack cover?

Each pack is enough to cover 0.56sq m. Silver and brushed steel will cover 0.37sq m per pack.

How many packs do I need?

Imperial measurements

Length (feet) x Width (feet) = total square feet ÷ 6* = no of packs required

Metric measurements

Length (metres) x Width (metres) = total square metres ÷ 0.56* = no of packs required

*for brushed steel and silver ÷ 4 for feet and ÷ 0.37 for metres

Can I put them over existing Ceramic tiles?

Yes, our tile panels are ideal for covering your existing ceramics. Simply rub over the old tiles with emery paper and clean thoroughly before applying the adhesive.

How long do they last?

Our tile panels contain a UV stabiliser so the tiles last for decades.  In fact, we have some at head office which have been on the wall for 35 years!

Will they go on any surface?

Just about!  They are commonly used on walls, ceilings, over existing tiles and on wooden surfaces in boats and caravans!

Can I use them around my cooker?

Yes you can, however intense heat may cause the panels to distort, so we would recommend leaving a gap of 6-9” from the heat source, depending on which type of hob/cooker you have.

Can I mount appliances to them?

Absolutely!  Simply affix the appliance in the usual way.  For smaller items such as toilet roll holders it would be best to screw the fixings at the grout lines where the tiles have no flex.

How do I clean them?

Just wipe over the tiles with a lint free cloth using your usual bathroom or kitchen cleaner.

How do I stick them to the wall?

Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the back of the tiles and press them against the wall.  Easy Tile adhesive is water based and can be used with ceramic tiles too! 

Are they waterproof?                  

Once the panels have been grouted, they are 100% waterproof.

Can I Use them on a ceiling?

Yes, our tile panels are suitable for ceilings.

Do the tile panels need to be grouted?

We would recommend that the tiles are grouted if they are going to come into contact with water. 

How do I grout?

Easy Tile grout comes in either a squeezable bottle or cartridge.  You simply pipe the grout along the groove line.  Go over the grout line with a finger, and clean away any excess with a soft damp cloth whilst it’s still wet.  After 24 hours go over the tiles with white spirit to remove any residue.
