Do you offer discount on P&P?
Yes, we offer big discounts on P&P. We have set up a discount structure on ebay based on size & weight so whatever you buy multiple products from our ebay store the discount will automatically be applied in the ebay checkout. Remember to use 'add to basket' when selecting items rather than 'buy now' for each item seperately.
When will my order be despatched?
We despatch orders the same day when payment is received before 12pm on a weekday. All orders are despatched within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched the following Monday.
How long will it take to arrive?
UK Customers - we will post your orders by Royal Mail 1st Class post, your order should arrive the next day (Royal Mail website states 1st class post is 1 - 2 days delivery).
International Customers – delivery is via AIRMAIL Royal Mail International Signed-For Delivery we will upload your tracking reference to your ebay order transaction. Delivery Time:
- Western Europe is 3 - 5 working days
- Eastern Europe is 5 - 7 working days
- Rest of the World is 7 - 9 working days
Do you accept returns?
Yes, here at Naughty Kitty Store, we understand that buying online means you can’t try-before-you-buy. So if the item doesn’t fit we will accept your return request and will offer a full refund (Yes, a FULL Refund!!).

My order hasn’t arrived?
We're sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Please contact us via ebay or email with your postal address and we'll do our very best to work with you to resolve this asap.
Do you have my size in stock?
We only list items we have in stock. The auction listing description will state the sizes available.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, to UK customer, on checkout select Special Delivery Next Day and this will ensure your order arrives before 1pm the next day. (Payment must be received before midday).
Do you offer a faster international delivery service?
Yes, we also offer Airsure a faster Royal Mail Airmail that operates in 30 countries. Please contact us for more details. Delivery times are between 2 & 6 days depending on destination.

Do you do discounts for large orders?
Yes, we regularly supply to Hen Parties & Events. We can offer discounts for large orders, email us with the items and quantities you require.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Your discretion is assured as we post our items in unmarked packaging. We use plain white jiffy bags and there is no reference to the company name on the packaging. Your discretion is also assured on your credit card or bank statement our company name will appear as NK LTD on orders processed through PayPal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal accept Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, Direct Debit & American Express. |
