It is our philosophy that offering an efficient delivery service is just as important as offering high quality products. We utilize a comprehensive system to inform our clients of all aspects of their orders. Although exact delivery times depend on many factors; the location of the customer, if the item you purchase is in stock or is made to order; we offer a quick overall turnaround of product. Stock items may be delivered worldwide within one week, while customized or no in stock items may be delivered worldwide within 3-4 weeks.

All items are packaged and handled with extreme care to insure that the
goods arrive in proper condition. We currently use DHL for all deliveries, which has dramatically decreased our delivery times and helps us to cater to our customers' needs with respect to order delivery tracking and follow-up. Customers are able to track their deliveries from the departure in Argentina to the end destination. Custom duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge. If you're purchasing goods outside your home country, you should check locally to determine what possible fees, customs and/or taxes may be charged.

If there is a problem with your order please notify us immediately. It is very important that you DO NOT send anything back to NatureMadeHides.com without receiving confirmation from us first.
As all of our products are originated in Argentina, there are restrictions regarding returns due to international fees incurred (freight, duties, etc.). Returns are accepted due to quality issues and/or defects or damage caused in the manufacturing process. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns based on Buyer's remorse or due to any incorrect space measurements on your part. We do wish to accommodate special circumstances, so please contact us if you have an issue requiring further discussion.
We provide a one year limited warranty for all faults in manufacturing or material.
