Our office hours to receive phone calls are: Monday - Thursday 11-4pm, we are closed on Friday although orders still ship on Fridays.
We prefer payment through PayPal. Postal Orders also accepted.
We always send to the address you have registered with Paypal. Please ensure this is 100% correct. Any orders which are returned to us because of incorrect address details or failure to collect the item will require the re-postage fee to be paid by the buyer in advance of us resending the item. In the event of a refund being issued on an order returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect it, please note that the shipping fee is non-reimbursable.
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday (with the exception of bank holidays or vacation days).

All shipments within the UK are through Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Automatic insurance included for up to £39, and tracking. International shipments are via Royal Mail International Signed-For. Automatic insurance included for up to £39, and tracking, a signature is required for delivery.

Should you wish to return your purchase we normally offer a store credit. A moneyback refund may be given, at our discretion, in certain circumstances. Product purchase should be returned within 14 days of purchase with an explanation for return. We will do our best to accomodate your request. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Thank you.
