All my Indian Lifestyle products are bought by my best friend Amy who lives in India. She has known many of our suppliers for years and counts them among her friends, I have been lucky enough to meet with them myself and hope to go back to India again soon.

Natural Affinity Ltd complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR's)
Return and/or Cancellation Policy
Consumer has the right to cancel any order within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from receipt of this written notice.
If you are dissatisfied with any item and wish to return it or cancel the order for any reason you must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail to naturalaffinity@btinternet.com or gina.sutton@btopenworld.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. Cancellations AFTER that time will not be considered. All items must be returned unused/unworn and buyers must take reasonable care to return the goods undamaged and package the goods in a reasonable manner, preferably in their original packaging.
If you do not take reasonable care to do this then Natural Affinity WILL pursue a claim against you for breach of this statutory duty.
Monies pertaining to customer refunds/cancellations wil be refunded IN FULL within 30 days of the refund/cancellation being received by e-mail.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost in the post. We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel.
COMBINED POSTAGE
If more than one item is purchased I will always combine and reduce postage where possible. For recorded delivery and 'International Signed for' items that added cost will be taken into consideration.
Items over 1 kilo are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service unless otherwise specified, all other items are by Royal Mail first class service unless again otherwise specified.
Items will be posted either same day, if possible, or within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
