All my Indian Lifestyle products are bought by my best friend Amy who lives in India. She has known many of our suppliers for years and counts them among her friends. I was lucky enough to spend much of February and March with her in India and personally got to thank all our suppliers for their wonderful products.

Also today received some fab photos from Amy which will be of special interest to those of you who love my rag rugs. Below you can see these rugs actually being dyed and dried by the family who dye them for Norat who supplies us. This batch shown here will be available in less than 2 weeks! I talk in my listings of the families we buy from, well here you can see with Norat, Babuddin our dyer, his wife Gulshan and their children Heena and Rubina, I have to thank them for the superb colours of my rugs.

Paypal or personal cheques accepted. Cheques made payable to Natural Affinity Ltd. Products will be posted by Royal Mail Second Class or Parcel Post once cheques have cleared into the account. An receipt of funds will be issued.

Natural Affinity Ltd complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR's)
Return and/or Cancellation Policy
Consumer has the right to cancel any order within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from receipt of this written notice.
If you are dissatisfied with any item and wish to return it or cancel the order for any reason you must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail to naturalaffinity@btinternet.com or gina.sutton@btopenworld.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. Cancellations AFTER that time will not be considered. All items must be returned unused/unworn and buyers must take reasonable care to return the goods undamaged and package the goods in a reasonable manner, preferably in their original packaging.
If you do not take reasonable care to do this then Natural Affinity WILL pursue a claim against you for breach of this statutory duty.
Monies pertaining to customer refunds/cancellations wil be refunded IN FULL within 30 days of the refund/cancellation being received by e-mail.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost in the post. We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel.
