All my Indian Lifestyle products are bought by my best friend Amy who lives in India.  She has known many of our suppliers for years and counts them among her friends, I have been lucky enough to meet with them myself and hope to go back to India again soon.

Natural Affinity Ltd complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR's)

Return and/or Cancellation Policy

Consumer has the right to cancel any order within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from receipt of this written notice.

If you are dissatisfied with any item and wish to return it or cancel the order for any reason you must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail to naturalaffinity@btinternet.com or gina.sutton@btopenworld.com within 14 days of receipt of goods.  Cancellations AFTER that time will not be considered.  All items must be returned unused/unworn and buyers must take reasonable care  to return the goods undamaged and package the goods in a reasonable manner, preferably in their original packaging.

If you do not take reasonable care to do this  then Natural Affinity WILL pursue a claim against you for breach of this statutory duty.

Monies pertaining to customer refunds/cancellations wil be refunded IN FULL within 30 days of the refund/cancellation being received by e-mail.

We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost in the post. We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel.
  

ALL MY INDIAN LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS ARE SUPPLIED TO ME EXCLUSIVELY BY ONE OF MY DEAREST FRIENDS AMY WHO MOVED TO START A NEW LIFE IN NORTHERN INDIA AT THE END OF 2005. SHE HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SOURCING THESE BEAUTIFUL ITEMS AND KNOWS MANY OF THE MANUFACTURERS PERSONALLY.

IN FACT I CAN TELL YOU THAT MY CAMEL LEATHER AND SARI BOUND BOOKS ARE HANDMADE BY 3 BROTHERS - RAVI, CHANDRA AND SURIYA.  AND THE REASON THAT I DON'T HAVE 'HUNDREDS' OF 'CHEAP' JOURNALS ON E-BAY IS THAT IT TAKES THESE 3 YOUNG MEN A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT TO MAKE THESE LOVELY ITEMS.

THE STONES FROM THE GEMSTONE BOOKS ARE SUPPLIED TO THE BROTHERS BY ROBIN, A SILVERSMITH AND JEWELLER IN THE SAME VILLAGE, AGAIN AMY HAS KNOWN HIM AS A FRIEND FOR MANY YEARS.

IN FACT I WAS LUCK ENOUGH TO MEET WITH ALL MY SUPPLIERS  WHEN I WAS IN INDIA LAST YEAR.  EVERYWHERE WE WENT WE WERE PLIED WITH CHAI AND FOOD AND I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THANK ALL MY 'BOYS' AND THEIR FAMILIES FOR THEIR GENEROUS HOSPITALITY - I KNOW THEY 'DIP' INTO THE SHOP SO THEY WILL READ THIS!
