I despatch by '1st class post' to the UK and Worldwide daily (Monday - Friday).

My p&p charges are as follows:

UK: £FREE 1st class postage for all partyware items.

Europe: £3.25 or highest p&p for the first item ordered and £1.50 per additional item.

Rest of the World £4.60 or highest p&p for the first item ordered and £2.00 per additional item.

These prices can sometimes be reduced further depending on the weight of your order.

Please email me to let me know you have completed your shopping and I will send you a combined P&P invoice for payment.

 I aim to provide ultimate customer service. All orders are dispatched by 1st class post the next working day following cleared payment.

Returns and Refunds

 

If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) purchased from Natalies Birthday Party Pieces, I will provide you with a full item refund providing:

 

  • The item(s) are returned within 7 days
  • The item(s) are in the same condition as sold. I.E Unopened and Unused.
  • Item(s) used or damaged by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged – This does not effect your statutory rights.

 

Simply, return your item(s) with the invoice (so I know where the item(s) have been returned from and on receipt, I will arrange a full refund (of items ONLY not p&p) using the same method of your original payment.

 

Please note: I may charge a restocking fee on ALL items returned unopened.

 

Please note – The Royal Mail dont deem items missing/lost in the post until 15 working days have elapsed from date of posting. Please check with your neighbours and your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they are holding the item for collection. If your item(s) has not arrived within the above timescale please let me know and I will submit a claim.

 

If you require your item(s) URGENTLY please request Next Day Special Delivery to guarantee delivery of your items in time for the celebration.

 

 If you have any problems, however small or large, I would appreciate it if you could contact me BEFORE leaving any feedback to give me the opportunity to put the problem right or offer any compensation.

 

I cannot solve a problem unless you give me the opportunity!
