| A:Yes, Please request 'total from seller' or email me for a combined p&p invoice for payment |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, I always combine p&p on multiple purchases. Please "Request Total from Seller" BEFORE going through checkout and making payment. |
| Q:Do you sell party packs? |
|
| A:Yes, I list party packs in most (if not all) of the party ranges I sell. Party packs consist of up to 9 party items - Plates, Cups, Lootbags, Blowouts, Tablecover, Banners, Napkins, Hats/Masks and Balloons with ONE combined p&p charge. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:My charges are as follows:
UK: £1.00 for the first item ordered and £0.50 per additional item.
Europe: £2.00 for the first item ordered and £1.00 per additional item.
Rest of the World £3.00 for the first item ordered and £1.50 per additional item. |
| Q:Will you design a pack to suit my requirements? |

| A:Yes, I will always try and set up a listing to suit your requirements. Just let me know what items you want and how many you are catering for. Please note that most party items come in packs of 8 and I will not open and split packs. Therefore if you require a party pack for 20 guests I will quote 3 x 8 plates (24 in total) etc. |
| Q:Do you have any Deals on Multiple Purchases? |

| A:My party items are already discounted from the normal RRP. The prices stated in each listing is how much they will cost. I will combine p&p charges when paying for ALL items under one invoice. |
| Q:How quickly do you send items? |

| A:I dispatch items the next working day following cleared payment (this excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) |
| Q:What shipping method do you use? |
|
| A:I send ALL items 1st class post, but will also quote for recorded and Next Day Special Delivery for orders worth over £46 or buyers that want next day delivery |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:If your item is damaged in any way, I do offer a refund or an exchange (on return of damaged items), less postage, on all items (whichever you prefer). Any item must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me for more details on how to return an item.
