Shipping within the US is $19.00 plus 4.00 insurance. The Boots are sent Fed Ex Home Delivery 2-3 days delivery.

Shipping to Canada is $25.00 and includes insurance and tracking number. 3-5 days delivery

Shipping to Great Britain and Europe is $50.00 and plus $5.00 insurance. USPS Global Express with tracking number. 3-5 days delivery.

I ship the same day payment is received if before 3:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

If you are in the UK then there's several ways to pay in Pounds.

• With your credit card/switch/solo card through Paypal, www.paypal.com (Free, instant, credit card protection too)
• Bank account transfer - you can do it with internet banking or visit a branch of your bank. Free and takes a day if you bank with Nat West, 3-4 days with other banks
• Cheque - you can either pay in a cheque at a branch of Nat West or post one to my branch. I have to wait for cheques to clear before I send your item, which normally takes 3-4 days.
• Cash - again paid into my Nat West bank account at your local branch. It shows up in my account the same day so it's practically instant.
• Postal Order - Crossed Postal Orders only please - As above - you can pay them into my bank account.
