Most of our range requires the buyer to provide personalisation details to enable us to make up the gift.  Details can be emailed to nameit.gifts@ntlworld.com To enable us to identify and process your order quickly, please quote your order number when contacting us.

 

 

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days (with the exception of special commissions), however at certain times of the year (notably Christmas and Valentine's) orders may take a little longer to process.  If you require your order for a particular deadline, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to ensure it reaches you in time.

Returns Policy

We want every buyer and every recipient to be delighted with our service and products. We will happily replace or refund any item that disappoints. If you do have any queries or problems with your order, please inform us immediately via email to nameit.gifts@ntlworld.com .  Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us - we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues first.

Feedback

We always reciprocate feedback (good or bad) and feedback will be left for you upon receipt of your feedback for us.  We do this for two reasons 1) it serves as an acknowledgment that you have received your purchase and are happy with it and 2) our items are usually purchased as gifts for others and some buyers may not want a feedback comment to draw attention to a surprise gift.  Because we don't leave feedback until you have, it means that YOU are in control of when the feedback is left.

Q. Do you have a shop & can I collect my purchase in person?
A. We do not at present have a shop or collection facilities.  We do however have our own internet webshop and you'll find our full range available to view and purchase at www.nameitgifts.co.uk . 

 

Q. Does your chocolate contain nuts/nut traces?
A. Our standard chocolate bars may contain nut traces, however we do have one product that is nut free (please see our other listings or email us for details).

 

Q. Is the chocolate suitable for vegetarians?
A. Yes and we also offer a bar that is suitable for Vegans ((please see our other listings or email us for details).
 
Q. Is it gluten free?
A. Yes
 

Q. Do you sell diabetic chocolate?
A. Yes  (please see our other listings or email us for details).

 

Q. Is there a limit to the number of words you can print on my order?
A. No, we can fit virtually anything on a wrapper, label or card BUT remember if it is a long message the wording will, by necessity, appear smaller than usual.
 
Q. Can you include a photo of my Mum/Girlfriend/Car/Pet, etc.?
A. Yes – just see our “Special Commissions” section.

Q. Can you post an item direct to someone for a specific date (eg a birthday)?
A. Yes, just follow the usual checkout procedure and then email us afterwards and tell us the occasion it is for and the date you would like it to arrive on. We will then post the item a couple of working days beforehand.

Q. How do I pay?
A. UK buyers can pay by credit or debit card (via PayPal® see below), cheque or postal order (payable to Name It Gifts please) or cash at your own risk.
 
Q. I'm an overseas buyer, how can I pay?
A. We’re sorry but we can ONLY accept payment via PayPal®– please note that we CANNOT accept currency (including US dollars), money orders or cheques drawn on overseas banks.
 
Q. Is it safe for me to use my credit/debit card on your website?
A. Yes – we use the international payment gateway PayPal® which is used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. It uses secure SSL encryption technology to keep your details safe.
 
Q. Is there a charge for paying by credit/debit card?
A. No, it’s free to register with and use PayPal®. Just follow the checkout procedure
