How can I pay for my painting?
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal (www.paypal.com). Credit cards direct (call 07910957393) Cheque or Direct Bank transfer (please email for account details).
How are postage and packaging fees calculated?
We have spent a long time researching and developing packing methods and materials to ensure that artwork arrives in perfect condition. Packing materials consist of tissue paper, extra think bubble wrap and a tough outer cardboard carton. To help the environment and to keep shipping costs to a minimum, quality recycled cardboard is used.
Is it possible to arrange for my own courier to make the collection from your studio?
Absolutely. Postage costs can be deducted from your final total. Please just include the £3.50 handling and packaging fee to your final payment total and email me to make collection arrangements firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I collect the painting in person to save on postage?
Being an internet based business it is not often we actually meet many of our online customers, so it is always nice on the occasions that we do. Please call to arrange a collection time so that your artwork can be prepared in readiness for transit. We generally require some notice so that we can ensure your artwork is ready.
No one is at home Monday-Friday, can I arrange for the artwork to be delivered on a Saturday?
Our nominated couriers operate between Monday – Friday. However, Saturday deliveries are available at an extra premiuim. (£20).
Can I arrange for the artwork to be delivered to an alternative address?
If you would like the artwork delivered to an alternative address such as a work place, neighbour, relative, please email the address details to email@example.com
Why hasn’t my artwork arrived on the date advised?
We dispatch artworks 3 times a week and the majority arrive within the specified time frame. However, on occasions parcels are delayed for a number of reasons beyond our control. The most common reasons for delay are parcels being mis-sorted and sent to the wrong depot and technical errors in the main scanning depot. They are usually rectified quicky and result in a short delay. If you have query regarding a delivery time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. eBay do advise that sellers cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to a third party service.
My painting was damaged in transit, how do I claim?
Since Naked Art Studio started trading online, we have dispatched many artworks worldwide. The percentage of damage so far is 0.05%. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, in the first instance please notify Naked Art Studio immediately. We can arrange for a collection of the artwork and a claim can be submitted to the courier company. In all damage circumstances, a full repair, replacement or refund will be offered.
The artwork/size is not quite what I expected, what is your return policy?
We appreciate that some customers may not always be able judge colours/sizes from a computer image. We are happy to offer a refund on the artwork purchase price for all works returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Please notify us by email in the first instance.(Please note that all shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable).
How much can I expect to pay for a commission?
As a guide, commissions start at just £80 for a small sized canvas at about 12". Right up to a 60x48" work would be in the region of £1000-1200. Any size can be created, so please just ask.
