Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal only.  

Money Orders & Cashiers Checks are accepted.  Sorry we cannot accept personal checks.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 day for exchange or refund of the purchase price.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Please be sure to include delivery confirmation or insurance to ensure that we receive your return.  No refunds or replacements will be issued until the items have been returned.  Refunds will only be issued if an exchange cannot be made.

Please be sure to read the descriptions and view all pictures prior to bidding so that you are aware of the color, size & quality you will be receiving. If you are not familiar with measuring in MMs please double check the size before bidding.  MMs can be found on any standard ruler or tape measure on the opposite side from the inches. Each tiny line is 1mm.  Returns for items that are larger or smaller than you "Imagined" will result in a 15% restocking fee as we have to recount the entire pack a second time to ensure all beads have been returned.  It is your responsibility to order the correct size!

To return/exchange an item please email me at service@nvbeads.com and let me know your eBay id and what it is you would like to return/exchange and I will let you know if your item can be exchanged or refunded and send you our return address.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Please wait at least 2 weeks from the ship date before contacting us about a delayed package.  We are not responsible for USPS transit times.  The USPS can sometimes take up to 30 days to deliver a package.  All insured orders will be replaced if lost or damaged in the mail.  If you have waited at lease 2 weeks and you think your package might be missing please contact me at service@nvbeads.com and I will look into it ASAP.

Missing Items / Wrong Items

All orders are double checked for accuracy but once in a while there will still be a mistake :-(  If there is a mistake on your order please contact me at service@nvbeads.com and let me know.  I will get it fixed ASAP.

We work hard to ensure our pack counts are accurate so if you think your pack might be short please count it a second time and double check to make sure the missing pieces are not still hiding out in the baggie.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please return any damaged or defective items within 30 days for exchange.  No refunds or replacements will be issued until the items have been returned.  Refunds will only be issued if an exchange cannot be made.  To return an item please email me at service@nvbeads.com and let me know your eBay id and what it is you would like to return and I will send you our return address.
