Buyers should be aware that ebay is now suspending sellers over NEUTRAL feedback - 'neutral' is no longer neutral. Ebay is also suspending sellers over 4 star DSRs - 4 stars out of 5 is not considered by ebay to be a good score.
Returning Goods
Whenever you purchase clothes by mail order, occasionally there will be times when a garment does not fit. As we sell single garments at Wholesale Price, customers have found that the cost of return postage is about the same as the cost of the garment. Now, we could raise our prices to make it more worthwhile to return goods, but we believe our customers like our prices the way they are. The beauty of ebay is that it is very easy to resell garments locally, and many customers are finding that they are turning a profit when they do so. Several members are even making a living from reselling our goods, and are now working from home, so they have the freedom to spend more time with their families. So who knows, an ill-fitting garment could turn into a life changing experience.
