| A:As soon as your payment has been received, we will leave positive feedback for you. Your order will be shipped within two working days, and the feedback will reflect this, so just check your feedback from us. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most items will be delivered in about 10 days. However, Airmail can get delayed. Also, Customs and Excise can further delay an item - see 'Shipping' for further information. |
| Q:What is the length of the dress? |

| A:Each listing states the approximate length in the item specifics. All of our best selling dresses will have the exact length in the listing description. Our mannequin is equivalent to a 5ft 4in person - this is the average height of a western woman. |
| Q:What are the chest dimensions of your sizes? |
|
| A:This can vary depending on the style and fit of a garment. Some garments have a tighter, sexier fit, whilst other garments have a looser, casual fit. Generally, our garments with a tie back have a casual fit, and are more generous than garments that are elasticated, which have a tighter, sexier fit. Our garments are sized to western standards. |
| Q:What size should I buy? |

| A:Sizes quoted are pre-pregnancy sizes, so if you are a normally a 10/12, then you should buy this size. Most garments are elasticated or have ties to adjust for the growth of your body. However, many women will go up one or more dress sizes during pregnancy. Extra weight gain will vary from woman to woman, but most women also buy the next size up. |
| Q:I am not pregnant. Can I still wear your clothes? |

| A:As our maternity garments are adjustable in size, many of our pregnant customers have told us that they continue to wear our clothes after pregnancy, because they love the styles. Garments that are elasticated will give a better fit and look for regular women than garments with ties. |
| Q:Do you have a winter maternity collection? |
|
| A:Most of our garments are for the warmer seasons, but we do sometimes get garments suitable for colder climates. These garments are made from warm materials with long sleeves, and they are all listed in our 'Maternity Winter' store category. |
| Q:What size is the garment? |
|
| A:Each listing description states the size in the U.K, U.S and Australia. For the rest of the world, there is a size chart in my ebay store - see 'Sizing'. The sizing in the listing title will reflect the country the item is listed in, so an item listed on ebay U.K will have the U.K size in the title. Note: U.K and Australian sizes are the same. |
