Our Feedback Policy
At No Brakes Speed Shop we pride ourselves in being THE BEST, that includes the whole shabang from purchasing, communication, quality and dispatch time; so it comes as a surprise to us that some of you will not leave feedback to show all e B a y members how good we are! Good or Bad, we are not Mary Poppins.
We ALWAYS leave feedback for a customer, this is usually done at the end of the month due to how busy we are, so please do not contact us regarding this; you will be left feedback...Promise*!!
We are now changing our feedback policy due to e B a y customers not bragging about how good we are, lol ie: fellow Hot Rodders, Vdubbers etc... Maybe they are not REAL fans but a mere imposter!!!!!
You will now only be left feedback if you have left your feedback first, we will attempt to contact you once with a reminder (as most of us can be absent minded at some point) after this we will delete your order and no feedback will be left.
Sorry to all our other customers who do make an effort to leave feedback and we remind you that is it afterall an intergral part of eGay oops e B a y to leave feedback - this way you know that their feedback is a true representation of the person/company.
