Delivery times:
Please note that I am located in Germany. The average delivery time within Europe (including the UK) is
3-7 working days, and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. All paid orders are mailed within 2 working days, and my regular postal rounds are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays around 11.00am. |

Return policy:
Please ALWAYS read my item descriptions properly, and if something is unclear just contact me through ebay - I try very hard to give as much information as I possibly can, so that you know exactly what you are buying from me. If you bought an item but are unhappy with it due to it being damaged or misdescribed please contact me right away for return information. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the exact condition as received. A full refund (excluding any postage costs for unwanted/bought in error items), replacement or exchange to the same value will be given.
