PAYMENT
OPTIONS: We
accept online payments by:
PayPal.
Also: Personal Cheques drawn in £sterling
and drawn on a UK bank; Bank Drafts drawn in £sterling and drawn on a UK
bank or £Sterling Postal Order.
We do accept
bank Trasfers - please contact us for our bank Details when you have
won/purchased your item.
International
Customers please pay via Paypal - it's easiest!! POSTAGE COSTS: Postage Costs for each item are clearly stated within each Auction;
These are not negotiable and include packaging expenses in addition to the cost
of the stamp.
We do give a Postage
discount for multiple purchases, this is either specifically mentioned within
the Auction, or otherwise will be reflected in the emailed invoice, please do
ask for your revised invoice.
No additional Post & Packing charges will be applied
unless you specifically request an additional service eg. Special Delivery, in
which case please contact us and we will provide a revised Postage

Destinations are clearly stated within each auction and Postage Costs for each
destination are clearly stated within the Auction, please check we ship to your
country BEFORE purchasing.

PACKAGING POLICY: We reuse boxes and packaging material
in good condition. Our outer packaging may not always look perfect, but we take
care so that your items arrive in good condition. We save boxes and packaging
materials sent to us, and keep useable boxes and materials out of the landfill.
So if your box you have just received has the name of a company you didn't order
anything from, look carefully at the shipping label and odds are it is your
order from us. FEEDBACK: Feedback is automatically left on a reciprocal basis, once we can
see you have received your item and are happy with it and the transaction is
concluded.
If you pay promptly, and/or keep in touch if there are
problems or delays then you can expect positive feedback - we try to be flexible
and will attempt to work with you to resolve any issues, so please to keep in
touch.
If you
do not pay or do not fully complete the transaction in some other way we will
take appropriate action depending on the
circumstances.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All Refund/Exchange requests must be advised to us
within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.
Refunds/Exchanges are
only given when agreed to by email from us.
Items
must be returned to us in the condition in which
they were received by you.
All
return shipping charges are at your cost although they may be refunded at our
discretion. Please note that personalised items made to order to your
specification are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be
returned for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. However please do
let us know if you are unhappy with your item and we may be able to assist iin
some way depending on each individual circumstance. We are proud of
our Customer Service - however please remember we
are human too and do make mistakes!
If you
do experience a problem with an item, we will work with you to resolve the issue
providing you remain polite and courteous - we do not respond to threats or
abuse!
Please note that we will always try to describe items
accurately and point out any faults or failings. We are always happy to
answer questions, provide additional pictures or generally clarify the condition
of an item via email.
Please ensure you do read the item description thoroughly
