WHAT WE SELL

We sell many different types of products in the following categories- tarot, wicca, angels, cats, wolves, vampires, dream catchers, herbal products, books, feng shui, buddhism, ebooks, dragons, fantasy, angels, religion, health, recipes, Native American and skin care products etc.

If you're after something particular and don't see it in our ebay store, just ask us and we'll let you know if we are able to get it for you.

 

SHIPPING AREAS

Items are shipped anywhere in Australia and worldwide.

Items are mailed within 3 working days after payment has been received and payment has been cleared.

 

PAYMENT

Payment to be made within 7 days of purchase.

The only payment method we accept is Paypal.

 

RETURN POLICY

If an item is faulty it will be exchanged for another of the exact same item.  If the item is no longer available a refund will be given for the purchase price only.  Refunds are given as exchange unless the item is no longer available, then the refund will be given as money back for the purchase price only.  The seller must be advised of any request for a return of an item within 7 days of the item being posted by the seller (that is, the date you were sent a notification that the item was posted).  Please note that for international buyers, we allow 14 days to contact us for items sent by international air mail and 3 months for international sea mail. The buyer must contact the seller before returning an item so the seller is aware of the fault and provides a Return Reference Number to the buyer. This number must accompany the item being returned. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Reference Number.  The seller will provide the reference number to the buyer with instructions on how to return the item. The buyer is responsible for returning the faulty item to the seller and any costs associated with this (eg postage) will not be refunded by the seller. This Return Policy does not apply to items lost or damaged in the mail.

We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and quality products we sell.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, we would appreciate it if you would contact us either by email or ebay message prior to leaving any feedback.  Most issues can be rectified quickly and easily ensuring a pleasant transaction for all concerned.

 

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Buyer to pay postage and handling charge as described in item listings.

All items show postage and handling fees.  This charge covers postage, registered post fee where applicable, cost of envelopes, boxes, packets, satchels etc, packing materials (eg bubblewrap) and a small handling fee.

Postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases.

All products are sent to Australian buyers by registered mail through Australia Post unless the buyer requested Express Post. International buyers will have their item posted by air mail unless they have requested sea mail.

We will not send anything within Australia by regular mail. We send items by Registered Post to ensure that the buyer receives the item and for us to have a record of proof of postage as well as to be able to track the item should it not arrive at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Registered Post also automatically includes insurance up to the value of $100. Extra insurance is available at buyer request and at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for further details.

 

What is Registered Post?

Registered Post means that a person needs to sign for the item before it can be delivered. Anyone can sign for the item, it does not have to be the addressee. If no one is present at the mailing address at the time it is delivered, a card will be left in the letterbox to notify you that you need to go into the post office to sign for it and collect it.  If you have the item sent to a post office box number, a card will be left in your box notifying you of a registered post item to collect. If you are not able to collect the item on a weekday (check with your post office for collection times outside office hours), most post offices are open Saturday mornings. If you are not able to get to the post office to collect your item within 2 weeks, you must ring the post office (their details are on the card left for you) and notify them of when you will be collecting the item, otherwise the item will be returned to the sender as unclaimed. 

What if the registered post item is returned to the seller?

If we receive an item that has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to determine the correct address or when to repost it to you. However, the buyer will have to pay another postage and handling fee because we will have to repack the item and post it again. The item will not be sent until this extra fee has been received and cleared. Please ensure your registered address on ebay is correct to prevent this situation from occurring.

If you are not willing to pay the postage and handling charge for registered post, or you think you will not be able to pick up a registered post article at all, then please do not bid on any of our items.
