Payment Criteria:
We manually review every payment to monitor suspicious activity if we feel that your payment does not meet or strict safety procedures then we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue you a full refund within 3 days of payment being received.

For high value items we impose 5-7 days for payment verification (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). For the reason that we are receiving a large number of fraudulent transactions (third party hacks into eBay & PayPal accounts) in the past, consequently we implemented this policy as a safety net to catch any or similar fraudulent transactions. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you but safety and security are our first propriety.

Order Completion is defined as the auction being closed and cleared payment being received.

Payment must be submitted within 7 days of sale.

If payment or correspondence is not received in 7 days, the sale will become void and the winner will lose all rights to the item, we understand if there are genuine reasons for non-payment are prepared to be Reasonably Flexible. Otherwise an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened, which will reflect badly against the buyer's name on eBay for further transaction from eBay.

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards as it ensures prompt payment and quick dispatch of your item. We do accept payment by Bank Transfer, Postal Order and Cheques as well.

We do not allow pick up or cash at the moment.

By PayPal:
Our preferred payment is with a verified PayPal account with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit and Debit Card:
We can accept payment with your credit card or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal.

It is a criminal offence to give a false name or a known invalid credit card to order from us. We will prosecute to the maximum extent if anyone caught knowingly trying to place fraudulent orders or giving false information in which case all information will be passed onto the police, and any future correspondents will be blocked from any dealings with. And you will be banned from eBay and prosecuted by us if caught.

Once you purchase has been made simply call us or e-mail us via eBay with the subject: Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card with your eBay user name, eBay item number, your telephone number, your card registered address with Name, House Number, Correct Postcode and the best time to call you back between 10-4. We will then phone you back at the time you have stated to take your card details and process your payment with our secure online payment provider and give you instant confirmation that your payment has gone through.

By Bank Transfer:
You can make bank transfer or deposit in cheque or cash money to my Bank Account. Please contact us after purchase for details.

By UK Postal Order / UK Cheque:
We accept payment with UK Postal Order and Personal UK Cheque. Please contact us after purchase for details. However we would advise you to use Bank transfer method instead of paying by Cheque or Postal Order because Bank Transfer method is quicker and you do not need to wait for Cheque clearance.
