Can you change my Delivery Address please?

changing address because by the time your email reach us we would of already
processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or address

As for international customers wanting to know postage costs please click on the

field called Postage and will then be able to select their destination from a
drop down menu and will be given costs for postage.

Any customers located outside the EU-Europe who wish to purchase our goods can
be assured we will send the right documentation for customs and clearance.
When can I expect delivery of my item?
All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc.
Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. UK customers
in most instances you can expect delivery in 1-3 working days, but Royal Mail
does not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2-10 working

Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
Our costs include delivery charges, packaging and handling charges. To avoid any
disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about
the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
Can you provide a VAT receipt?
Yes a VAT receipt will be included with your purchase and if you not receive
