Returns
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you are welcome to return it. If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery
We currently dispatch to UK addresses only. Postage is free on all 'Buy it Now' items. We dispatch mail every day, Monday - Friday and your item will be sent within one working day of purchase. Items purchased at the weekend will be sent on Monday. We use 2nd class mail with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 working days after purchase.

Returns Policy

 

It is important to me that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. I will always do my best to resolve any problems. Please ensure that you read item descriptions carefully before you bid or buy an item. I describe items as accurately as I can so you know what you are going to receive.

If you are dissatisfied with your item, please email me first. I will accept returns within 7 working days of receipt and I will refund the full sale price, including postage paid. If I have misdescribed the item or if it is faulty,  I will also refund the return postage. Otherwise this is your responsibility. Please send any returns by RECORDED DELIVERY.
