Please pay within 3 days of auction ending. If you purchase an item and I receive payment before midday, then I will endeavour to post the item the same day, but no later than next working day when this is not possible. I always obtain proof of postage for all items sent.

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment for UK customers as it is quick & easy for you and for us.

We also accept payment by UK cheques & UK Postal Orders. Payments should be made payable to Hayley Booth. Please include your eBay user ID & details of the items you are paying for & send your payment to:

Delivery

Prices within the shop include free first class or second class postage on all items (UK only).

We post on Monday to Friday every afternoon, so most orders with cleared payment received before midday will be dispatched the same day, but when this is not possible we post items the next working day.

When your order is dispatched we will send you an email via eBay to let you know.

We send most items by Royal Mail First Class or Second Class and most UK customers receive their orders within 1 - 5 working days.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving after one week from dispatch of order, please contact us so that we can look into it for you. We always offer replacements or refunds for any items going astray in the postal system (this doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it is very frustrating for both buyer and seller, so we always respond very quickly).
