Shipping and Payments
On eBay our main method of payment is via PayPal. You can also pay with PayPal, with a credit/debit card, even if you don't have an account. The only other way to pay with a card on eBay would be to ring us for us to process a card payment over the phone.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept cheque, or postal order payments. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but any cheques that we receive will be posted back to the sender.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs - Monday to Friday. This may not always be possible, so if you would like a guarantee it would be best to contact us via email, or phone.
Current cut-off times- On average, if you order before 11am your dress will be sent the same time. Sometimes this is later, but on busier days it can be earlier. If you choose next day delivery then this time is usually extended to 2pm. If you contact us via the phone we are usually able to extend to 3pm for next day delivery orders.
For UK orders there are 3 postal options at checkout:
Royal Mail Second Class delivery
These generally take 2-5 days to arrive, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 days.
Royal Mail First Class delivery
These generally take 1-3 days to arrive, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 days.
Other 24hr Courier
This option would be 99.9% guaranteed to arrive the next day (Mon-Fri) - if ordered before our cut-off time.
*Some postcodes don't have this guarantee, including the Highlands of Scotland and the Islands around the UK.
We can ship for guaranteed Saturday delivery, but this would cost £10 per order. We are unable to add this option at checkout, so you would need to ring us, if we are to add this to your order in time for it to be shipped.
For international orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For, which in most cases take 3-7 days to arrive, but can take up to 2 weeks.
We are generally only able to ship within the EU, but if you live further afield we may be able to make an exception, if you let us know what it is you would like to order and which country you are in.
We accept returns, but if your parcel does not arrive to us we will be unable to refund you. When you post the dress back keep your postage receipt in a safe place - we also recommend getting a tracking number. If your parcel doesn't arrive then you would need to claim compensation against the courier company you used for the lost package.
