General Postage information
Postage costs are based on weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail published costs. They also include all packaging materials used to ship your item.
Large items such as Digital Samplers will be dispached via a national Courier, this is a more reliable service than Royal Mail Parcelforce. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Music Media Pro, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.

courtesy email, sometimes payments do go missing. If nothing is heard for 1 week, we will contact you, if no response the process
to recover fees through eBay will be started, but you will be kept informed at each stage.

Non Payments
Please do not win an item if your not going to pay for it, it cost money to list items and we have ebay final valuation fees to pay at the end of each auction. We will recover costs.
