eBay Store Items (Buy It Now
items)
All of our eBay store items are ”Immediate Payment Required”.
If you would like to purchase multiple Store items or combine a Store
item with an Auction item, please message us and we will email you an invoice
that will combine shipping costs.

Regarding Auctions
Bid Retractions
Please consider: If you retract a bid you may be subject
to being blocked from future bidding on our items.
Communication / Payment
If you are the winning bidder, we must have contact with you
within five (5) days of close of auction. We must receive payment within ten
(10) days of auction closing (unless you communicate other arrangements with
us).
If we do not receive payment or communication within ten days, the
transaction is considered VOIDED, a non-paying bidder report will be filed
with eBay, and the non-paying bidder will be blocked from future auctions.
Please be a responsible bidder.
Customs / Duty Fees
On international parcels, we cannot declare any value other than the actual value of an item. Please factor in your respective country’s fees when making your purchasing decision. Your understanding in this matter is most appreciated.

Return Policy
We
are an open store with over twelve years experience selling collectible
records in Southern California. We go to an extensive length to describe
items in the most accurate manner possible. Please review all details of item
description and condition carefully before you bid. You are guaranteed to
receive the item as described, otherwise all sales are final. Justifiable
returns are fully refundable minus shipping cost.

Records described as Factory Sealed are not eligible for returns if they are opened.
If there is any question in the buyer’s mind about the item’s legitimacy, contents, OR condition upon receiving, do NOT open or unseal the item.
