- We always try our best to give an accurate representation of all our products but colours may vary slightly depending on screen/lighting etc
- We try to put as much detail as we can in our descriptions and always take our own pictures to give you a better idea of what you are buying but if you need any more information or pictures before committing to buy then please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!
- Methods of payment we accept are Paypal (email@example.com), postal orders or debit/credit card payment over the phone (02392 269529)
- An automatic payment reminder will be sent after 4 days. If after 7 days no payment has been received, an Ebay unpaid item dispute will be opened
- Purchases paid for by E-cheque will not be dispatched until clearance which can take between 3-14 days
- We send our items by Royal Mail first class post within 1-2 working days of cleared payment
- First class delivery is usually 1-2 working days, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by the Post Office
- We can also send by First class RECORDED post for £3.99 or by courier for next day delivery for £7.99. Please see our postage page for a full list of prices and details
- If you have not received your order within the timescale quoted above then please check with your local Post Office depot, before getting in contact, to ensure it has not been taken back there. This is something we ask all customers to do as it is surprising how often postie forgets to leave a card!
- Please ensure the address on your Ebay account is correct as this is what will be used for delivery. Incorrect addresses can delay your order
- We welcome all overseas buyers and love to see you all on our map of the world!
- We send our overseas orders by Airmail from the Post Office which usually takes 3-5 working days for Europe and up to 10 days for Rest of World (these times are a guideline only, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries)
- For multiple items please wait to be invoiced with postage discount before paying as this cannot be adjusted afterwards
- If on receipt of your order you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we will do our very best to sort the problem
- Items can be returned (on prior agreement) for an exchange or refund as long as they are returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days
- Postage for damaged or faulty items will be reimbursed on receipt of the item but if returned through buyers choice postage is non-refundable
