Making a Purchase
Please note the following:
- all Orders are subject to our acceptance
- all prices are subject to change without notice
- all items featured on the site are subject to availability
- we reserve the right to correct any errorrs in specification, price or other information without notice
- any specifications or sizes indicated are provided as a guide only
- all prices include VAT at 20.0%
- all our products are sourced from offical UK distributors
- all items remain the property of Mulberry Divers until payment has been received in full
Payment
We accept PayPal; you can also ring our shop on (01243) 601000 if you would prefer to make a credit / debit card payment direct.
We will charge your credit card when the order is ready for dispatch; if the item is not available then we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel your order.
Returning Unwanted, Faulty or Incorrect Size Goods
- Unwanted Goods - please contact us before returning any items. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility; we will refund your payment less the original postage and packing and a 10% re-stocking fee when the item is received back in the same condition in which it was originally despatched.
- Faulty Goods - Please contact us as soon as possible after the damage / fault is identified and the items will either be replaced or a full refund given. Please note that in some cases we may need to return an item to a manufacturer or distributor for a warranty claim. Please see the notes below about returning items.
- Incorrect Size Goods - Please contact us prior to returning the item. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility - we will exchange the item or if the requested size if not available then we will make a full refund less the original postage and packing.
- General - You may cancel your order and return the item(s) to us and receive a refund at any time up to seven days after you received the items. Please contact us before returning the items.
- Returning Goods - please enclose your contact details including a day time telephone number, why the item(s) is being returned, the receipt and credit card details. Please note that any tags must not be removed from items and that all labels and original packaging must be present and the item in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new item' for us to be able to provide a refund. Please make sure that goods are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
