Recently I have been UNFAIRLY given some neutral and negative feedbacks. Both buyers send emails to my personal email account. If I do not receive your email I can't rectify your issues. Therefore it has spurred me to create this Terms and Conditions:

1. I will ONLY dispatch to address as appeared on PayPal . I will not entertain to send to an address requested by buyers via emails. You'll have to change the address from your ebay or Paypal account.
2. Communication MUST be via my eBay Message box. I will not entertain/read any emails that was send to my personal email address e.g btinternet.com or hotmail.
3. I will not accept blame for delay caused by Royal Mail or payment receive after 48 hours. I always post 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment.
4. I will NOT post unless your payment is cleared. Payment by cheque and e-cheque will have to be cleared before posting. Usually takes 10 days
5. Read the listing description before buying. Do not blame me if you have bought the wrong size.
6. If it's an urgent order which must be received by a specific date please get my confirmation 1st before purchasing.
