All of our kiln fired tiles and tile murals are already made unless otherwise stated in the description and ready to ship within 1 - 2 days.  We can accept credit card information over the phone or at checkout for American Express, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard. Feel free to Google us.

There is no decorated ceramic tile as durable as a kiln fired tile, and if you need more than what is listed just let Deb know.

Please proceed to check out as soon as you have selected your items. We ship the next day after payment has processed. If you have any questions regarding credit card payment, or you would like your package to be delayed for whatever reason then just let me know. There may be a few days wait before shipping due to weekends and holidays. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please note that we carefully wrap all of the tiles individually with clear cellophane, then cardboard or styrofoam in between, and lots of heavy paper so that shifting in the box is not possible. Return Policy

Positive feedback will be left for you upon the completion of the transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us by email as soon as possible upon receiving your package.  And of course if you do not feel it is as described then you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your item/s less the shipping cost/s. In other words if your item/s were shipped to you with Free Shipping then the cost of the shipping/handling will be deducted from your refund.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes shipping is combined for all tiles as much as possible. Please email for shipping cost questions. Thank you.
Q: Are tiles made to use as back splash tiles in the kitchen and bathroom?
A: Our tiles are exactly made to be used in kitchen and bathroom or any room. If you can use a blank tile on that wall, counter top, nook, table top etc., then you can use a Mottles Murals tile right there as well.
Q: I need more tiles than are available?
A: I make a certain amount of tiles and murals so they are ready for immediate shipping. If you need more then please contact me. I will happily make as many more as I possible can.
Q: Do you accept credit card information directly.
A: Yes. Our checkout now includes the convenience of accepting visa, mastercard and discover immediately upon check out.
Q: How are the tiles packed?
A: Each tile is wrapped in cellophane to prevent scuffing. The tiles are packed in stacks with cardboard or styrofoam in between. Then the tiles are wrapped tightly in brown craft paper and newspaper. The shipping boxes are stuffed with crinkled newspaper and insulation styrofoam. The tiles are packed as well as I would like to receive them myself.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
A: Yes shipping is combined whenever possible.
Q: I was watching an item and it is now gone?
A: The item may have been sold or transferred to our other web site. Please email me and I will be glad to let you know if the item will be replaced soon. Thank you.
Q: I love the tiles but I don't know how to install them?
A: Lowes sells a product named Bondera Tile Mat Set that simplifies tile installation. Google their web site for FAQS and details. Home Depot sells SimpleMat another product for easy installation of ceramic tiles. From what I hear these products make tile installation very easy.
Q: Do you give discounts?
A: No there are no discount prices. The tiles are priced as low as possible.
Q: How much credit will I receive if I return the item/s that I purchased?
A: Your Paypal account will be credited for the items minus the shipping and handling costs.
Q: Can these tiles be used around a fireplace?
A: Yes. The tiles are kiln fired up to 1400 degrees. Your stove or fireplace is not likely to exceed that high of a temperature, so the tiles will be fine.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If upon receiving your order you do not feel that it is as described please email me immediately. You may then return the item as you received it in 30 days for a refund or merchandise exchange. Refund is for the item listing price only unless we agree otherwise.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: The first single accent tile purchased is a fixed shipping price for priority mail with tracking. There is an additional charge of 60 cents for each additional tile. The rest of the listings are free shipping with no additional charge to the buyer.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I mail out the orders as soon as possible. You will recieve either a Paypal shipping receipt or a USPS shipping receipt via email with a tracking number. You can also email me with any specific requests.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Each sale page specifies the shipping for that item. There is no handling charge on any of my items. I provide the brown wrapping paper, tape, boxes, styrofoam,labels and your business is appreciated.
