All of our items are dispatched from the UK.
Items will be dispatched to the address given when ordering.
Your item will normally be despatched same day or within 1 working day. However, in exceptional circumstances despatch time may be up to 3 working days.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY SERVICES USED
48H POST (2 working days mainland UK) – Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 48 Signed-for or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
24H POST (1 working day mainland UK) – Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 24 Signed-For, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm or Interlink Express.
The delivery service used will depend on the value/weight of the order. Very heavy or large orders will automatically go by Interlink, except for orders to non-mainland areas, which will only go by Royal Mail.
Delivery times will vary, please note that all delivery times are estimates.

TRACKED INTERNATIONAL POST – Courier
The delivery service used will depend on the value/weight of the order and the country it's going to. A contact telephone number is required for all courier shipments.
Royal Mail does not class any item lost until 15 working days (UK addresses) or 25 working days (international addresses) have passed since the order was estimated to be delivered. At that time we will either send out a replacement or refund your payment. We must be notified of a lost item within 50 days of despatch, otherwise no refund will be given.
Returns are accepted, under Distant Selling Regulations.
New items: We will accept returns on new items as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt. They must be in the original condition that they were sent out as. The item(s) must be returned to us before any refund will be given. Return postage and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any undeliverable items will be refunded immediately, and we will not ship to that address again.
Faulty items: If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a full refund to be given on return of the item. Please note, all faulty items will be tested independently before refund is granted. Full warranty is only valid on items that have been fitted by a registered shop or garage. A signed receipt must be provided with any claim.
We do not store any credit or debit card details and will not share any of your personal information with any third party, unless instructed to under law.
