Returns & Exchange
Changing your Mind
You have 7 days after receiving your item to change your
mind about your purchase and return this to us for a refund. Please contact us
before sending the item back via eBay messages. Returns can only be accepted if
the item(s) are in AS SOLD condition, complete with packaging, and the goods
have to be returned at your own cost. You will also be responsible for any loss
or damage of the item when being returned so we recommend using an appropriate
tracked and insured postal service.

Please include a note with the following details:
- Your eBay username
- Your Address and contact Telephone Number
- Reason for return
Faulty Items
If your item(s) arrives and is faulty then please contact
us through ebay messages. This can be returned to us at the above address for
testing and if found to be faulty, we can then issue a replacement or refund
(whichever option is preferred by you). If the item is found to be faulty, then
we will also cover the cost of the return postage.
Item(s) incorrectly installed or modified to fit cannot be
returned
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, then please notify us
immediately through ebay messages and we will be happy to assist you. Damaged
items can be replaced or refunded for you, and on most occasions we will only
require you to send a picture of the damage to us via e-mail for us to process
your claim.
Please note, items damaged on installation or in use cannot
be replaced free of charge.
Damaged items will only be replaced if you contact us
within 7 days of receiving the goods. Failure to do this will result in no
replacement/refund being issued and you may incur a charge for a replacement
part(s).
Your Item doesn’t fit
From time to time item(s) you buy for your vehicle will not
fit (despite the listings stating they are correct). It is just the nature of
car parts and so on the rare occasion this does happen, please contact us
through eBay messages so we can assist you. Usually there is an alternative item
that is suitable that can be exchanged for the incorrect one, and we are always
here to help.
