All items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. Items purchased before 11am will be dispatched same day.

UK Shipping

Small items will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st class.

All items sent with Royal Mail that have a greater value of GBP34.99 will be sent recorded delivery. Items will take up to 2-3 working days to arrive.

Larger and heavier items will be dispatched with Yodel 24 hour - formally known as DHL. Items will usually arrive next day. If recipient is not available, delivery will be attemped next day, if failed once again, card will be left. Parcel will be held at depot for 7 days, if no collection, item will be returned to us.

All items sent with Royal Mail that have a greater value of GBP19.99 will be sent recorded delivery to ensure items arrive safely. Items will take up to 5-10 working days to arrive.

Parcels once packed must not exceed the size restriction of height 30cm x width 30cm x length cm with a weight restriction of 2KG.

Any parcels larger and heavier will be dispatched with Yodel - formally known as DHL. Items can take up to 5-6 working days to arrive depending on destination.
