We have a team of professionals identifying and processing up to 200 parts a day so can occasionally sell a damaged part unknowningly. It is only human error to make a mistake! If you have a problem with your item please contact us immediately at info@motofix-spares.co.uk.
All refunds, exchanges and returns are welcome but MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving item unless otherwise stated.
Upon returning an item, please include a cover note with the following information -
Name
Address
Item Title and ID
Reason for Returning
Item must be in original condition as received, we will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified or damaged.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange to send you the correct part or issue you a refund.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will arrange a refund for you.
If you have received an item that is not as described, please contact us and will arrange an alternative part or refund.
If you have purchased an item by mistake or you have changed your mind, please contact us and we will arrange a refund for item.
All refunds will be issued via original payment.
Please Note:
Postage will not be refunded if buyer has bought an item at their own mistake.
We can arrange collection of large items being returned on certain circumstances.
