We aim to provide high quality store returns or ex-display items at a fraction of the retail price as with all store returns or ex display items labels will be cut for security purposes.
Definitions Store Returns –
This would be an item that has been previously bought from the original retailer and returned for a refund for one reason or another
The item may have
- been washed and worn
- have dirty marks,
- have small defects (example a little bit of stitching undone)
- Tags / Labels will be cut
The Item will be
- fit for the purpose of use
- checked to ensure zips and buttons are in working order (buttons may be replaced with generic style jean button)
- measured on dispatch to make sure the correct size arrives.
- in a good condition with no rips or tears(unless distressed jean is purchased)
- As with all jeans when washed the colour may have faded slightly
The majority of our stock is store customer returns. All tags / labels are cut. Ex-Display – This item would have been used for display purposes only. This forms a very small part of our stock.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every effort is made to make sure that all our items are described as accurately and as fairly as possible. All items are checked before despatch, however there may occasionally arise instances where refunds may be warranted. These would be if there was a gross inaccuracy or oversight in the item listing or if the item was found to have a major or unacceptable fault which was not described in the listing.
We hope you LOVE your order! However, if it turns out that the item is not suitable for whatever reason, Please click Click Here to contact us to request a returns number you can return your order to us at your cost within 7 days of receipt for a refund of your order minus our 20% restocking fee on all UK orders, we cannot refund international postage charges.
We just ask that you return the item in the same condition you received it in, with the Do not remove tag still attached, in it's original packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded signed for delivery service to send the parcel just in case you need to track it with the courier. Please include a covering note with your name and address, your order number, your EBay ID.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or don't fit.
All items are inspected when returned , a mutual agreement will be raised to cancel the sale, once you have completed the mutual agreement your PayPal account will be refunded.
If the item was incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your postage costs. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing including the Product condition before requesting a returns number.
We are only able to fully refund if we've sent the wrong thing. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights. Every effort will be made to resolve and compromise on any customer concerns/grievances.
All postage is the Buyer responsibility. It is up to the buyer to find out as much as they can about the item (and their own measurements!)
BEFORE buying we are always on hand to answer your questions. use "ask the seller link" Provided on all listings this really is the quickest and most efficient way, our hotmail account is only monitored once or twice a day and sometimes messages get missed.
Payment
PAYPAL is our preferred payment method as this is the most secure and efficient method we have found. It has the benefits of buyer protection, and is normally an instant payment, which enables us to dispatch your item as soon as possible, (we do accept PayPal echeques obviously stock will not be dispatched until funds are cleared).

We use a Royal Mail to make sure your order reaches you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence. The details of the countries we deliver to, the cost and the delivery timescale are below
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes all orders placed with a P.O. box address will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

Once the item has been despatched we send you an email to confirm this.
Should your item not arrive within 5 days please advise us and we will give you the tracking number, you will then be able to contact your local delivery office to enquire where your item is.
In the very unlikely event that your item has not arrived within 15 working days of posting you please contact us to enable us to request an investigation by royal mail.
All items are also sent with a return address so therefore if it is not delivered to you it should come back to us. We have sent over 5000 items using the royal mail system and it is very rare for an item to be lost
